Available for self-catering holiday lets, the Cottage
backs onto the West end of Lessudden House, and looks out onto part of
the House's extensive garden and grounds.
The Cottage has recently been extensively re-furbished, and provides a
warm and comfortable base in which to relax or from which to explore the
huge array of sights and activities available in the Scottish Borders.

Accommodation The Master Bedroom has a large double bed and looks out onto the garden in 2 directions. |

The Second Bedroom has twin beds and looks out onto the garden. The Bathroom has a bath with a shower The Kitchen is well equipped, and includes a fridge, electric cooker, dishwasher, and washing machine; it has direct access to the garden through the conservatory. The Sitting Room/Dining area is a spacious room with the main door to the garden.There is a selection of games, books, a TV, and a log fire if required.
