£40 for Bed & Breakfast per person per night (Master Bedroom)
£35 for Bed & Breakfast per person per night (Eildon View)
£15 Supplement for single occupancy (either bedroom)
£25 per person for three course dinner (please bring your own wine)

Booking Conditions for B&B
When a booking is made, we require a deposit of 25% of the total value of the booking. In the event of cancellation, deposits will be refunded if the accomodation is relet.

The Cottage
The cottage which sleeps 4, is bookable by the week, on a self-catering basis, normally from Saturday to Saturday. Arriving guests are welcomed from 4pm. At the end of the week, guests are requested to depart before 10am.

Prices are inclusive of electricity, central heating, bed linen, and towels. Fuel is provided for the log fire when required.

NO SMOKING IN THE COTTAGE PLEASE

Payment details and Cancellation policy
A deposit of £100 per week is required on booking. In the event of cancellation, this will be refunded if the week is re-let. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival, or at the time of booking if within that time, and in the event of cancellation will also be refunded provided the week is re-let.

Directions
From the south, come up A68 to St Boswells; turn right into village opposite Buccleuch Arms Hotel; go through village (about half a mile) till sign to "Golf Course" to the Left. Immediately beyond this turn, you will see our white gates and driveway to the left up an incline.

From the North, as above but turn left off the A68 opposite the Buccleuch Arms.
